Sixth and Guadalupe is a prominent mixed-use high-rise located at one of downtown Austin’s most recognizable intersections. Owned and managed by Kairoi Residential, Lincoln Property Company, and DivcoWest, the 66-story tower brings together high-end residential, Class-A office space, street-level retail, structured parking, and luxury amenities within a single vertical development. Designed by Gensler, the project contributes to Austin’s evolving skyline while creating a strong architectural presence along the Sixth Street and Guadalupe Street corridor.

The tower’s form is shaped by its program, urban context, and the influence of the Texas Capitol view corridor. JE Dunn Construction served as the general contractor, delivering a complex high-rise project that stacks multiple uses into a distinctive vertical composition. The building’s stepped geometry, glass façade, and elevated outdoor spaces create a strong relationship between the tower, downtown Austin, and the surrounding views toward Lady Bird Lake and the city beyond.

This exterior photographic series documents Sixth and Guadalupe through a collection of images focused on the building’s architectural form, skyline presence, materiality, and relationship with downtown Austin. Captured across changing light conditions, the photographs emphasize the tower’s scale, reflective façade, and role within the city’s rapidly transforming urban landscape.
