The Republic is a landmark office tower located in downtown Austin, Texas, and one of the city’s most prominent recent additions to its evolving skyline. Developed by Lincoln Property Company with Phoenix Property Company as development partner and DivcoWest as equity partner, the project was designed by Duda|Paine Architects, with HKS serving as architect of record. The tower brings together contemporary workplace design, refined architectural expression, and a strong connection to Austin’s urban core.

The project was delivered through the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team. Harvey | Harvey-Cleary served as the general contractor, while TBG Partners led the landscape architecture, creating thoughtfully designed public spaces that complement the tower’s architectural presence and strengthen its relationship with the surrounding streetscape and Republic Square Park.
