44 East Avenue is a luxury condominium tower located in Austin’s Rainey Street District, just steps from Lady Bird Lake and the downtown waterfront. Developed by Intracorp and designed by Page, the project brings together refined residential living, expansive views, and a strong connection to one of Austin’s most active urban neighborhoods.

The project team included Michael Hsu Office of Architecture for interior and amenity spaces, dwg. for landscape architecture, and Flintco as the general contractor.
