415 Colorado is a contemporary office tower located in the heart of downtown Austin, contributing to the city’s rapidly evolving skyline and business district. Developed by Stonelake Capital Partners and designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, the project reflects Austin’s continued growth through a refined architectural expression, high-performance workplace design, and an active relationship with the surrounding urban environment.

Harvey | Harvey-Cleary served as the general contractor, with GarzaEMC providing civil engineering services and TBG Partners leading the landscape architecture. Together, the project team created a workplace that integrates modern office space with thoughtfully designed streetscapes and public spaces.
